When I bought the domain name and my Wordpress, I remember thinking to myself “I hope this isn’t a laughable waste of money”…

And whenever someone said “oh so you’re doing a blog again?”, I wondered if it was going to just be the same as all my other attempts (RIP The Wandering Holman and Rosie Cheeks)…

But here we are a year later and with so many lessons learned ☺️

If you've been in a cycle of starting a goal, going strong for the very beginning but then losing the momentum, and quitting - it's time to look at your habits.

You can't change everything at once, you need to make manageable habit shifts to achieve lasting results.

If you've tried something once and failed, don't be afraid to give it a different approach.

Know when it's not working and be patient, even if your goal doesn't change, the way you work towards it can.
