If you’re feeling overwhelmed because you’ve been putting in the time to learn but the final product isn’t there yet, this is for you!
Hard work leads to success honey and it doesn’t have an expiration date.
We love/hate the “Process”.
When I first started this blog, I made the decision to get up two hours before work every day and early Saturday mornings to work on my website.
Learning how to do everything from scratch, watching youtube videos on top of youtube videos…
Each one including something new I’d have to watch another video to at least *understand* the original video.
I remember, after about two months of grinding, a friend asked to see the site.
And much to my embarrassment, there was only one page half-built that I could show her, despite the work I had put into learning everything.
But I had been working on it every day for months!
While the front end of things looked somewhat underwhelming, no one would know how much effort I had put in behind the scenes.
So while there was so much I had done and learned and grew from, I was getting caught up in the result.
Reminder: hard work leads to success.
When you are discouraged and know the struggle of putting so much elbow grease behind something that still doesn’t “look” done or far along, remember:
Hard work leads to success ALWAYS.
If you’re willing to put in the hours, then you will achieve what you’re looking for.
It’s not a matter of if but a matter of when.
Don’t rush yourself, be kind with how much work things take, and don’t let others’ doubt keep you from your vision.
You already know every one of the gazillion sayings “Rome wasn’t built in a day”…
So I’ll keep it simple.
It’s your dream which is why they can’t see it.
They won’t understand until you put it out into the world.
But if you are ready to become your full self, hard work leads to success every ? damn ? time.
Don’t let the hours of unnoticed laboring keep you from starting or continuing on your path.
We need YOU to show us what we are lacking and to give us your solution.
What are you putting the hours into right now that’s going to become something amazing?
