The power of positive thinking is undisputable and you should be making a point every day to devote some time to beginner meditations for manifesting if you’ve never tried before!
This post is all about beginner meditations for manifesting.
Let’s talk manifestation.
Manifesting your dreams isn’t just wishing harder that they come true, it’s a full-body commitment to believing in yourself.
Essentially, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, and it will come. However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and positive thinking. … via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.”Kimberley Zapata, Oprah Daily
So if you’re wondering now how you can meditate to manifest, let’s dig in!
If you’re a complete beginner to meditation, the most important thing to remember is that it’s kinda supposed to be hard.
Meditation is a discipline and you’re flexing your mind, your attention span, and your thoughts.
So don’t give up right away if you feel too distracted.
Make sure you’re setting yourself up for success – you won’t want to let your guard down and be at ease if you’re in a noisy, stressful surrounding.
If you’re sitting at your desk with thousands of projects or laying on the ground while your partner is getting ready for work, odds are that your mind is already elsewhere.
Your Mind = Your Space
Be intentional about setting yourself up in a quiet, low-traffic area so you’re not tempted to break your focus.
Once you’ve positioned yourself in your space, you can physically sit or lie down (whichever is most comfortable for you) to begin your meditation.
Whether you start with a 2 minute or 20-minute meditation, that’s up to you.
You just have to start.

Once you do, you’ll notice yourself start to consciously make decisions and analyze what you’re doing –
And whether or not those actions are taking you towards your goals!
A large component of manifestation is overcoming your limiting beliefs.
Your limiting beliefs are beliefs that you hold to be true that keep you from living your potential.
I suppose you can guess why you’d have to let those go allow your manifesting to be successful.
